Are LEVOAR bags made from real leather?
Our bags are crafted from premium vegan leather — a high-quality, animal-free material that delivers the look and feel of genuine leather, while being more resistant to moisture and easier to maintain.

Are LEVOAR bags a good gift option?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. For special gift notes or packaging requests, please contact us before placing your order.
Are there any purchase restrictions?
You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud.

How should I care for my LEVOAR bag?
- Wipe clean with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth — avoid soaking
- Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight or extreme heat
- Avoid contact with sharp objects that may scratch the surface
- Store in a cool, dry place — a dust bag is ideal when not in use
- Do not machine wash or use harsh chemical cleaners
Is vegan leather durable?
Yes. High-quality vegan leather is resistant to cracking, fading, and moisture when properly maintained. Many customers find it easier to care for than traditional leather.
📦 Orders & Shipping
Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Delivery time: 7–14 business days after shipment
- Total estimated time: 8–17 business days from order placement
Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control. We'll always do our best to keep you informed.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to international destinations in the future — stay tuned!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your shipment in real time.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
First, check your tracking link. If the package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or your building's mail area. If the issue persists, contact us at support@levoar.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
What if my package is lost in transit?
In the rare event your package is lost, please contact us at support@levoar.com and we'll open a carrier investigation and work to resolve the issue promptly.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Final sale items are non-returnable.
How do I start a return or exchange?
- Email us at support@levoar.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and a return address
- Pack and ship the item securely
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days
Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover the full return shipping cost.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us at support@levoar.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the amount on your statement.

Do you offer buy now, pay later?
