RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 
To be eligible, items must be unused and in 
original condition.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at support@levoar.com with your 
order number and reason for return. We will 
respond within 24-48 hours.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, 
we will notify you of the approval or 
rejection of your refund. Approved refunds 
are processed within 5-7 business days to 
your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, 
contact us immediately at support@levoar.com. 
We will send a replacement or issue a full 
refund at no additional cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Final sale items are non-returnable.

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility 
of the customer unless the item is defective 
or incorrect.
